The Fire Damage Restoration Process
Step One
After calling your insurance carrier, call Emergency 1 Property Rescue. Our team will arrive promptly to secure your property, begin the restoration process, and work hand-in-hand with your insurance provider to a establish a plan to get you back to normal as quickly as possible.
Step Two
After completing all necessary Emergency Services, we will work with your insurance representative to derive a scope of repairs to get you back to normal. We will provide an estimate for the agreed-upon scope of repairs and promptly begin the repair process.
Step Three
During the time that the emergency services and repair portion of the claim are happening, we simultaneously assess the condition of the contents of the home into three categories. These three categories are: non-restorables, restorable, and what we call owner to view (O.T.V.). While the first two categories are self-explanatory, the third category can take some time, as it usually involves sentimental items.
